Amy Shark hits Geraldton in the latest stop on her Australia-wide tour

Amy Shark’s See U Somewhere Australia Tour hits Geraldton tonight as the ARIA Award-winner takes the stage at Queens Park Theatre. The pop sensation is two weeks into her nationwide tour, which will see her perform in more than 40 towns and cities across every single State and Territory. Over the course of the 135-minute performance, fans can look forward to hearing hit songs such as I Said Hi and Everybody Rise along with covers of Simply The Best and Mr Brightside. Queens Park Theatre team leader Andrew Frith said the 620-person venue was nearly sold out with only a few tickets remaining. “This concert is hugely important, it’s our biggest act post-COVID since Birds of Tokyo last year,” he said. “The sell-out audience shows that demand is their for artists like Amy Shark to come to Geraldton.” Frith said the concert would have a major impact not only on the theatre but also on the community as people spend their money in the night-time economy. He said fans of live music could also look forward to performances from Xavier Rudd and Ian Moss in coming months. Perth indie pop band Dulcie will be supporting Shark. Doors open at 6.30pm and the show starts at 7.30pm.
