Geraldton police appeal for information after group of male juveniles assault and rob person in Rangeway

Geraldton police are investigating several incidents on Assen Street in Rangeway on Thursday afternoon, after a person was threatened with a knife, punched and robbed by a group of juveniles. Police allege the incident, which happened between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Thursday, September 19, involved a group of five offenders. They allegedly approached a person on Assen Street in Rangeway, threatening them with a knife. The person was punched and robbed of money. In another incident, police say a group of boys believed to be juveniles approached two victims, assaulting one. One of the suspects reportedly brandished a knife. Thirdly, a member of the public reported a group of five males following another person. One of the suspects was seen carrying a knife. Police are appealing for any witnesses or residents who have CCTV, dash-cam or mobile phone footage capturing a group of five males, believed to be juveniles, on Thursday afternoon.
