Brad Kingdon scores all four for Australs in win as women’s A-grade side split points with Murchison

Australs men’s player Brad Kingdon scored all four of his side’s goals as they won their A-reserve clash in Geraldton last weekend, with the women’s A-grade side splitting the points in their game.
The Australs came out firing in the men’s A-reserve, with Kingdon in the right positions at the right time to hit the backboard. Yacht Club fought back with a goal each from Kurt Meade and Jamie Goldthorpe, but it wasn’t enough to slow the Australs attack and the game ended 4-2.
Jenna Johnson and Hayley Halton scored a goal each for the Australs in the women’s top tier, with Murchison’s Chloe Spence and Kayley King tying the final score at 2-2.
In the men’s A-grade, Yacht Club defeated the Australs, 6-1, with two goals each from Corrin Berrigan and Michael Evans and one each from Keith Nock and Alex Courtney. Matty O’Neil scored for the Australs.
Murchison beat the Casuals, 2-1, as Daniel Lennard and Aaron Hewitt scored, with Clint Yeates replying. The women’s A-reserve had a general bye.
