Man arrested on drug supply charges

More than $70,000 in cash and some cannabis was seized from a Mt Tarcoola property on Wednesday as part of an ongoing police investigation.
Geraldton police executed a search warrant at the Mt Tarcoola address, where they discovered about 677g of cannabis and $72,275 in cash.
A 62-year-old man was charged with possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply and possession of stolen or unlawfully obtained property.
He is due to appear in Geraldton Magistrate’s Court on July 13.
