Mild and sunny for Geraldton, Gascoyne Christmas

The Mid West coast is set for a pleasant low-30 degree, sunny, Christmas Day this year.

The Bureau of Meteorology released the first predicted forecast for Christmas Day on Tuesday afternoon.

Temperatures in coastal towns are expected to stay in the low 30’s in the Mid West, and up into the low 40’s on the Gascoyne Coast.

Inland, it is tipped to reach into the mid-40’s in most towns.

Shark Bay will enjoy pleasant mid-30 degree weather, while further up towards the North West Cape, Coral Bay could hit 41 degrees.

Geraldton: 31, mostly sunny.

Dongara: 32, sunny.

Kalbarri: 33, mostly sunny.

Morawa: 41, sunny.

Mt Magnet: 42, sunny.

Meekatharra: 43, partly cloudy.

Gascoyne

Carnarvon: 37, sunny.

Denham: 33, sunny.

Coral Bay: 41, sunny.

Gascoyne Junction: 46, sunny.

Exmouth: 40, sunny.
