Pair in hospital after coastal highway smash

Two people were taken to Geraldton Regional Hospital this morning after a crash on North West Coastal Highway.

Geraldton police said the crash occurred at 10.08am when a stationary vehicle which was preparing to turn was rear-ended by another car.

Traffic was diverted for about 45 minutes.

Police said no charges had been laid at this stage.
