Two teenagers seriously injured and airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital after Old Coast Road crash

A car full of teenagers has slammed into a fence in Australind with two boys suffering serious injuries. A green Toyota Camry left the road and crashed into a fence on Old Coast Road in Australind around 8am on Sunday. Two male passengers — aged 15 and 17 — suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital in seperate RAC rescue helicopters. A 16-year-old boy was behind the wheel and a 16-year-old girl, who a passenger, was uninjured. Multiple ambulances and two helicopters were sent to the scene, blocking Old Coast Road. Police urge commuters to avoid Old Coast Roast as emergency services remain at the scene. Major Crash officers are continuing their investigations.
