Perth traffic: Fremantle truck rollover closes High Street between Carrington Street and Stirling Highway

A truck rollover has forced the closure of a major Fremantle road, with motorists warned to avoid the area.

High Street is closed westbound between Carrington Street and Stirling Highway following the incident.

Main Roads WA first reported the incident at about 2.10pm.

An incident response is in place, with traffic reported to be heavy on approach to the closure.

Drivers travelling through Fremantle are urged to avoid the area and seek an alternative route where possible.

Motorists should expect delays while emergency crews respond to the crash and the road remains closed.
