Two lanes closed near Eastern Creek after truck spills 2000 litres of cream
A pre-breakfast clean-up was needed to reopen a major Sydney road after a truck at a service station spilt 2000 litres of cream.
Two southbound lanes of Wallgrove Road at Eastern Creek were shut at about 4.30am on Tuesday as Fire and Rescue worked to mop up the milky mess.

READ NOWAuthorities said 30 to 40 tonnes of sand was needed to soak up the cream, which had spilled down the road from a tanker parker at a nearby BP service station.
“A large load of sand has been whipped up and is on its whey,” Fire and Rescue NSW said.
“It will be spread across the slippery hazard.”
The road had fully had reopened by 6.30am and motorists were being urged to proceed with caution.
Fire and Rescue said the NSW Environmental Protection Authority would be assessing any cream that had spilled into nearby drains.
