A child has been hurt after being hit by a car outside a primary school in Perth’s north.
Two St John Ambulance crews were sent to St Peter’s Primary School in Inglewood under priority one about 8.37am on Tuesday.
Police said a grey Volkswagen Tiguan station sedan collided with a male child on Wood Street, near Buller Street.
The boy was not seriously injured and was checked over by St John Ambulance at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and is assisting police with inquiries.
