Lachie and Jules Neale preparing to sell Brisbane home potentially worth high $3m
Lachie and Jules Neale are preparing to sell their million-dollar Brisbane home after the Brisbane Lions player was caught up in an alleged cheating scandal.
All eyes have been on the former power couple’s movements since news of their marriage breakdown came to light, and now what was their forever home is about to hit the market.
A for-sale sign popped up on the lawn in front of their two-storey mansion in Seven Hills on Wednesday, with the abode set to be listed by McGrath Real Estate.
Featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three carports, the enviable residence also boasts a pool, spacious backyard and alfresco dining area.
The luxury Hamptons-style home could fetch up to $3.35 million, according to Domain’s property value estimate.
Lachie and Jules purchased the newly renovated family home in one of Brisbane’s peaceful eastern suburbs for a handsome sum of $2.43 million in July 2022 at auction.
No additional details about the home were included on the burgundy-coloured for sale sign, with potential buyers encouraged to phone the real estate agents.
Photos taken by Backgrid showed tradesmen putting on the finishing touches as they were spotted vacuuming inside the entryway to the home and carrying a mop and cleaning products.
The sale comes after Jules in December shot down rumours she was working through marriage issues, instead revealing she had been “betrayed in the most unimaginable way”.
It’s believed the “betrayal’ Jules was referring to is an alleged affair between her close friend Tess Crosley and the former Lions co-captain.
Neale has not confirmed infidelity but did say “I have let my family down and I apologise for my actions that have let down those that are closest to me”.
Following the public scandal, Jules has moved back to Perth with her two young kids.
It seems the hairdresser and influencer is moving forward with her life taking to social media to share happier times surrounded by friends and family.
The Brisbane property is yet to be listed online.
