Sydney Swans star Isaac Heeney’s fiancee Steffie Waters has shared more photos from her overseas holiday amid rumours about the couple’s relationship.
Waters has been enjoying a trip to the United States with friend Miranda Rack, with the pair spending the weekend at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas.
The friends shared a series of photos from the festival. In one snap, Waters posed alongside Rack wearing denim shorts and a white singlet with the words “Daddy’s Home” printed across the front.
Other footage showed Waters dancing during Australian electronic trio RÜFÜS DU SOL’s set, with drinks in hand, while other big acts like Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii, Hozier and Doja Cat also performed at the event.
But there was no sign of Heeney, who has remained in Sydney following the controversy that rocked the Swans at the end of the AFL season.
The latest photos come just weeks after Waters made a series of changes to her Instagram account, fuelling speculation about the couple’s future together.
In September, Waters removed the couple’s engagement announcement from her profile.

The since-deleted post, shared in October 2025, showed Waters proudly displaying her engagement ring after Heeney proposed during a romantic holiday in French Polynesia.

Heeney is now largely not visible from the main grid, although photos of the pair can still be found tucked away within older carousel posts.
Instagram’s updated editing feature allows users to rearrange the order of photos within a carousel, meaning they can change which image appears on their profile grid without deleting the entire post. However the engagement post was completely deleted or archived.
Heeney has since deleted his Instagram account and has reportedly been attempting to reconcile with Waters for several weeks.
Neither has publicly confirmed the status of their relationship.
Waters’ posts come weeks after reports emerged that she had ended her long-term relationship with Heeney following a scandal involving several Sydney Swans players.
Heeney and four Swans teammates were suspended for the remainder of the 2026 AFL season following an incident during a night out on August 17.
Chad Warner, Nick Blakey, Riley Bice and James Jordon were also handed suspensions.
Victoria Police’s Sexual Crimes Squad is investigating an allegation of sexual assault relating to the same evening.
This masthead is not suggesting the players are guilty of any wrongdoing, just that they are assisting police with enquiries.
Despite the controversy, Heeney was awarded his third consecutive Bob Skilton Medal on October 1, recognising him as the Swans’ best and fairest player for 2026.
However, the vice-captain was absent from the awards ceremony at Sydney Town Hall following his club-imposed suspension.
In a pre-recorded video played to the 500 guests, Heeney apologised to his teammates and club staff over the controversy.
“When I was told about this honour, it was the first time I’ve smiled and felt positive about the future for a long time,” he said.

“Every single day I was away from the club was heartbreaking … I want my actions moving forward to show how much this place and its people mean to me.”
Heeney also said he “can’t wait” to return to training with his teammates ahead of the 2027 AFL season.
