Prince Harry is facing yet another battle following his return to the UK as his eco-travel venture Travalyst Limited announced a major loss on Monday.
Released account records show a loss of £13,542 ($25,750 AU) in 2025, plunging the organisation into the red following a successful 2024 that recorded a £49,991 ($95,000 AU) profit after tax.
Travalyst was launched by Prince Harry in 2019 as a not-for-profit global initiative, working with major travel companies such as booking.com, Trip Adviser, Expedia and Visa, to encourage sustainable tourism habits and transparent environmental data.
A Travalyst spokesperson defended the negative return, claiming it as par for the course in running a not-for-profit.
“It was a planned and small loss of £13,000, very typical of a lean, not-for-profit organisation, making a critical investment for the future,” the spokesperson said.
“Travalyst remains confident in its financial oversight and strength of its partnerships.”
The most recent business trouble follows a spate of monetary hits for the prince, including a lost legal battle against the Daily Mail and Associated Papers.
Prince Harry and fellow claimants Elton John, Liz Hurley, Simon Hughes, David Furnish, Sadie Frost and Baroness Lawrence owe up to A$65,583,810 in outstanding legal bills.
He has also recently resigned from multiple other business positions, including from his role on the Africa Parks board in August.
Prince Harry also stepped away as a patron of his own charity Sentebale in March 2025 following a dispute with chairwoman Dr Sophie Chandauka.
