Old Young’s Kitchen The Swan Valley eatery is hosting a three-course share-style lunch ($85 per person), featuring the likes of octopus carpaccio, lamb shoulder, and emu pastrami. A kids’ menu will also be available on the day. You can also celebrate early with The Flower Club by Jo’s She’s a Wildflower floral workshop on May 9 from 6pm-8.30pm, where you and Mum can enjoy a pavlova under Old Young’s fairy lights while learning how to create a beautiful bouquet to take home. Tonic + Ginger The Old Synagogue’s acclaimed restaurant is serving up an Asian-inspired feast for lunch or dinner, with a share-style menu featuring dishes such as beef tartare with pear, gochujang and crispy garlic, and dark chocolate delice with raspberry and sesame brittle. The cost is $89 per person. Jetty Celebrate with a view at laid-back East Fremantle restaurant Jetty, which is offering an $85-per-person set menu from noon on Sunday. The Spanish-style food — think tuna tostadas, grilled octopus, spiced lamb ribs, and Basque cheesecake — will be accompanied by live music and a glass of bubbly on arrival, and you can opt to add paired wines to your feast for an extra $49 per person.
