The US Consulate Perth welcomed Western Australian government, business, arts and community representatives to celebrate the United States’ 247th Independence Day at Frasers Restaurant.

US Consul General Siriana Nair championed the vast and vibrant US partnerships in WA, with US Ambassador Caroline Kennedy addressing guests via video.

Federal Resources Minister Madeleine King spoke about the extensive US-Australian economic cooperation, while US artist Lucky Oceans and Indigenous musicians David Milroy and Derek Nannup performed American classics with an Australian twist.
