WA Police Rapid Apprehension Squad locate wanted man who removed his monitoring device

A wanted WA man who removed his electronic monitoring device has been located by the rapid apprehension squad.

WA Police successfully located the 40-year-old on Tuesday afternoon.

He removed his monitoring device at about 4.30pm on Sunday.

The man was known to frequent the Albany, Mt Barker, Cranbrook, Donnybrook, Williams, Fremantle, Mt Pleasant and Jolimont areas.

Police advised anyone that saw him not to approach him but to call police immediately on 131 444.
