Speedway action continues as Broome racers return home after WA state titles

It was another action packed night down at Broome Speedway with Broome racers returning to their home track after competing in WA state titles.

First up was the Junior Quarter Midgets race with Lincoln Hoath taking out first place and closely followed by Steven Kirk in second and Brinley McGaffin Jnr in third.

Michelle Rainey-Barton crossed the line first in the Junior Go Karts race with Piper Radke coming in second and Carlia Rainey-Barton taking out third place.

Then the Senior Go Karts hit the track with Dan Harris skidding across the line first followed by Ben Rainey-Barton.

Jamikah Darcy won out the New Star Juniors race with Sam Mills and Ayden Mills trailing in second and third places.

Next up were the street stocks with Robert Dunbar in first place closely followed by Mark Murray and Curt Harris in third and second position.

The speedy modlites hit the track despite being down in numbers with Rob Kirk claiming victory, followed by Jason Webb who took out the second spot on the podium and Anna Elliot claiming the third spot.

Then it was time for the Productions race with Jhye kent stealing the victory from Dylan McLaughlin in second place and Courtney Raynor in third place.

Crowd favourites the Super Sedans tore up the track as well with Phil Barton once again crossing the line first and claiming victory, closely followed by runner-up Tom Oliver and Aaron Jeffrey in third place.
