Detectives have charged three people over a violent home invasion in Gosnells but say two more suspects remain on the run and could be armed and dangerous.

Lyle Harvey, 29 and Graham Collard, 31, are wanted for questioning after masked intruders smashed their way inside the Ashburton Drive home around 8.15pm on Sunday and violently assaulted two occupants before stealing a Toyota Hilux.

Joshua Rivers, 30, was arrested earlier today and is being questioned by police.

It is alleged the home was trashed and police say those involved were armed with weapons when they bashed two men who were inside.

Two men and a woman, aged between 21 and 31, have already been arrested and charged with aggravated home burglary and aggravated armed robbery. They are due to appear in court today.

Neighbours say they called police after hearing shouting, banging and glass breaking. “We heard one of the guys say, ‘Get the gun’,” a nearby resident said.

Another neighbour said it was not the first time the house has been targeted.

“A few months ago a car rammed into their roller door and smashed up their windows,” the neighbour said.

Members of the public are advised not to approach the wanted men as police say they might have access to weapons.

Anyone who sees them should call police immediately on 131 444.
