Office manager charged with 260 offences after allegedly stealing over $710,000 in company funds from employer

A 56-year-old woman has been charged with 260 offences after allegedly stealing $710,000 in company funds from her employer over eight years. Police said that the woman was employed at a WA-based company as an office manager and accounts administrator when she stole more than $710,000 in company funds over 260 separate transactions between March 2017 and February 2025. The woman, from Upper Swan, was charged with 260 counts of stealing as a servant. Bail was refused and she is due to front Midland Magistrates Court on Thursday.
