Pair charged after large cannabis seizure

A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman have been charged after police from Mingenew and Geraldton allegedly seized 250g of cannabis during a vehicle stop.

The pair, from Karratha, were stopped on the North West Coastal Highway yesterday.

They were both charged with possession of a prohibited drug.

Police posted a photo of the drugs on Twitter yesterday.
