The Rockingham Flames added another win to their belt with a 23-point victory against the East Perth Eagles on Saturday night.

The Flames were back at home for the round nine clash playing at Mike Barnett Sports Complex and despite star Greg Hire missing another game, Rockingham was out to keep its winning streak strong.

Rockingham had a strong start with Marshall Nelson scoring the first dunk, which set the tone for the first quarter.

Rockingham scored 17 straight points during the first quarter with a 25-16 point lead at quarter-time and East Perth immediately knew this would be no easy game from here.
