The crash was located at Dunreath Drive and was reported at 3.57pm.

The left lane was completely blocked, causing heavy congestion for commuters.

Main Roads again warned drivers to exercise extreme caution.
A crash on Hutton Street westbound n Osborne Park has also been reported at 4.55pm.
The crash was located at Collingwood Street.
There was debris across all lanes and police, ambulance, and towing services were reported on the scene.
The crash has since been cleared.
Earlier, another crash closed the right lane of Tonkin Highway northbound in Kewdale.
The crash, located at Kewdale Road, was reported by Main Roads at 4.02pm.
The crash has since been cleared.
